We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all The Wig Depot orders worldwide.

There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and products included in your order.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or other circumstances beyond our control, processing may occasionally take longer.

Orders are not considered shipped until they have been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, estimated standard transit times are generally:

United States: 7–20 business days

International: 10–25 business days

These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Some orders may arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Including processing, customers should generally allow approximately:

Delivery Dates Are Not Guaranteed

The Wig Depot does not guarantee delivery by a particular date.

We cannot guarantee arrival by:

Birthdays
Weddings
Vacations
Performances
Events
Holidays
Travel dates
Photoshoots
Other specific deadlines

If you need a wig for a particular date, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking information may take several business days to become active after shipment.

It is normal for tracking information to show limited or no updates while a package is traveling between shipping facilities or between countries.

Tracking updates may also be delayed while a shipment is undergoing customs processing or being transferred between carriers.

Multiple Packages

Items in the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location.

As a result, one order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different shipments.

Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide, subject to applicable shipping restrictions and destination-country requirements.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

The Wig Depot does not control these charges and cannot predict whether or how much a destination country's authorities may charge.

Customers are responsible for complying with the import requirements of their country.

Customs Delays

International shipments may be delayed while being processed by customs or other government authorities.

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside the control of The Wig Depot.

A customs delay does not constitute a shipping error by The Wig Depot and does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation, refund, or replacement.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after they have been placed.

The Wig Depot is not responsible for delivery problems, delays, additional shipping charges, or returned packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check:

Your mailbox
Your front door or usual delivery location
Around your property
With household members
With neighbors
Any secure location where the carrier may have left the package

You should also contact the shipping carrier directly.

The Wig Depot is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Delayed Shipments

Shipping times are estimates.

Delivery may take longer because of:

Severe weather
Holidays
High shipping volume
Carrier delays
Customs processing
Import procedures
Transportation disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Regional delivery conditions
Other circumstances outside our control

A shipment that exceeds the estimated delivery window does not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, or replacement.

If your shipment appears significantly delayed or tracking has stopped updating for an extended period, please contact us with your order number so that we can review the shipment.

Lost Shipments

If a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.

We may request additional information from you or ask you to contact the shipping carrier.

Because shipments are transported by third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee a particular carrier outcome.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Refusing delivery or failing to claim a package does not constitute an order cancellation.

If a package is returned because:

Delivery was refused
The customer failed to claim the package
The shipping address was incorrect
The customer provided incomplete shipping information
The customer otherwise prevented delivery

the order remains subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Additional shipping or return shipping costs may apply.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the package and merchandise before opening or altering the contents whenever possible.

Do not wash, style, cut, alter, or otherwise use merchandise that you believe was damaged during shipping before contacting us.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.

Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Please carefully review your product selection and shipping information before completing checkout.

If you decide that you no longer want an item after placing your order, you must receive the merchandise and follow the applicable requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.

Free Shipping & Returns

Free shipping applies to the original shipment of your order.

Free shipping does not mean that The Wig Depot covers the cost of returning an item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible customer-initiated returns.
